Sammy joined the Jets in 2015 and plays her 7th season for the Jets in 2022. She chose to play AFL because she enjoys the game and being surrounded by a good group of girls. She also enjoys the competitive side of AFL and playing against her friends.

Sammy plays for the Jets because she loves the team and the atmosphere at the games while being surrounded by a great support crew.

Outside of AFL Sammy enjoys going on hikes, motorbike riding and socialising with friends and family.
